Q: Where can I find wndr museum?

A: We are located at 1130 W. Monroe in Chicago’s West Loop.

Q: How much are tickets?

A: Tickets are $32 (+ tax) per person. Kids ages 2 and under are free.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?

A: No. At this time, tickets are only available online.

Q: How many tickets can I buy at once?

A: Tickets for general admission are available in quantities of 1-10. If you are interested in hosting a private event or group visit, please email hello@wndrmuseum.com.

Q: When should I arrive?

A: Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after your reservation time. Early entry is not guaranteed, so try to arrive right on time!

Q: Does everyone in my reservation need to be present before we enter wndr museum?

A: Yes. We’ll wait for up to 30 minutes after your reservation time for everyone in your group to arrive. (Make sure to bring your ID for check-in.)

Q: How long does it take to experience wndr museum?

A: You can plan to be with us for at least an hour.

Q: Is wndr museum kid friendly?

A: Yes! We are a family-friendly destination. Remember, entry is free for little ones 2 and under.

Q: Is wndr museum handicap/wheelchair accessible?

A: Though wndr is ADA-compliant, not all installations may be. Please contact us at hello@wndrmuseum.com if you have handicap/wheelchair accessibility needs. We allow service animals, but please leave other pets at home.

Q: Are food and beverages allowed inside wndr museum?

A: Please finish all food and drinks before entering the museum. We do not allow outside food or drinks inside.

Q: Are photos allowed inside wndr museum?

A: Allowed — and encouraged! Be sure to tag @wndrmuseum and use our hashtag #wndrmuseum for a chance to be featured on our social channels. Please note, by entering wndr museum, you acknowledge that your photo may be taken and consent to its use in our materials.

Q: What type of camera equipment is allowed?

A: Feel free to bring cameras that will in no way interfere with other the experience of other guests. Tripods are not allowed. Filming at wndr for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.

Q: Can tickets be refunded or transferred to another date or time?

A: All reservations are final and cannot be refunded, or transferred to another date or time.
